**Please allow 2-3 business for complete production. We will do our very best to beat this turnaround time, but we do have to account for possible delays (shipping of materials, malfunctions, etc.)**

Recommended Pressing Instructions:

315-320 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 seconds. We recommend pre-pressing your garment to release any moisture. Cover with parchment paper to press a second time if desired. 

Please note the following:

1. Our printer uses CMYK for printing. Files sent in RGB may have a color variation. We are NOT responsible for the outcome of files designed in anything other than CMYK.

2. Feel free to use the images in our library! 

3. Our gang sheet builder will only accept transparent PNG, SVG, PDF, AI/EPS, and PSD files. A minimum of 300 dpi is recommended for best results. Orders with images containing low-resolution files or white backgrounds will be canceled. 

4. We will not alter any files sent to us. (words added, color changes, etc.) Please upload ready-to-print images. 

5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THERE IS AN ISSUE FROM OUR END.
